Description The Department of Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University invites applications for an Assistant Professor position. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, tenure-track faculty appointment, beginning Fall 2026. Preference is for candidates with a focus on applied empirical research. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The candidate must conduct high-quality research and publish in top-tier SCM journals; effectively teach SCM courses at the undergraduate or graduate level; serve as a research mentor to doctoral students; and interact effectively with colleagues to support and enhance our unique department culture. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Earned Ph.D. in supply chain management, operations management, business analytics, industrial engineering, or a closely related field by position start date; ABD candidates must successfully defend their dissertation by July 1, 2026. - Evidence of being able to pursue an active research agenda and publish in top-tier SCM journals. - Evidence of capability to effectively teach courses in supply chain management, operations management, business analytics, and related business area...
