Activities: - Advise Land Acquisition Specialists on greenfield targets and negotiations to ensure financeable lease/purchase options and site control agreements with landowners. As needed, contract and supervise local land agents. - Intimate knowledge and ability to follow closely the renewable energy power market trends including changing technologies, regulations, and regulatory/ financial incentives. - Lead and coordinate development activities for assigned pipeline projects. - Collaborate with assigned Project Manager to maintain project schedules and ensure the project meets budgets.
