Position Summary Do you challenge the status quo? Are you looking for new ways to grow and implement the established network strategy for access and discounts to expand Guardian’s dental networks and its subsidiaries? Be a part of a team that actively recruits and contracts dentists for Guardian’s dental networks to ensure the continued growth of Guardian’s dental products through the strength of its networks and service offering. Increase the number of dentists in the networks to maximize the gross adds, competitive rank, and overall value that Guardian Dental can add to existing and prospective clients/constituents. You are: - An experienced dental industry professional. - A self-starter who is fueled by collaboration. - Able to analyze situations and strategize, as well as provide subject matter expertise, analysis, and action. - Proficient in handling multiple tasks, responding to shifting priorities to maximize sales opportunities. - Able to work effectively in both a team environment and independently to achieve individual and team goals.
