Some positions may qualify for a sign on bonus and relocation assistance. - Provides quality health care in the community, in keeping with the community values and as outlined in the MDIHO Mission Statement. - Within the limits of a negotiated employment contract between the Physician employee and MDIHO, the Physician is responsible to provide primary care services to patients in all settings (office, hospital, nursing home, and home), including history and physical examinations, cancer screenings, patient/family education, diagnosing and treating presenting ailments, telephone follow-up, and stabilizing emergencies prior to transport to hospital.
