Job Description STOCK CONTROLLER FULL TIME @ MAX MARA – LONDON: The Stock Controller is responsible for managing all stock operations within the store, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and full alignment with the Brand standards in order to support sales and sustain the business. Main Responsibilities: - Manages all incoming and outgoing deliveries in accordance with the Brand procedures and store guidelines - Ensures the accuracy of stock levels through regular cycle counts and full inventories, investigating and resolving any discrepancies - Organises and maintains the stockroom in an orderly, clean and efficient manner to guarantee a quick and easy product flow to the shop floor - Supports the sales team by ensuring product availability and timely replenishment during trading hours - Manages transfers, returns and consolidations between the store, the warehouse and other locations - Handles price changes, security tagging and ticketing in line with company policies - Liaises with the Store Manager and Head Office on stock-related matters, reporting and system updates - Maintains and updates professional and technical knowledge of stock management systems and procedures - Acts as a...
