Restaurant Supervisor

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. Open availability, able to work morning and night shifts Please note this is not a cooking position. Applications submitted without a resume will not move forward. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a supervisory role in a full service restaurant . Experience with Micros is a plus. A hands on approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: - Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets. - Supervise restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation associates. - Train associates on food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards. - Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates. - Maintain open communication between management and staff; administer disciplinary actions when necessary. - Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs. - Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant. - Participate in weekly staff, sales, and food & beverage meetings, as well as...
