Job Description Maintenance contact for supervising maintenance mechanics and electricians, reporting on, and performing maintenance activities. Supervises and troubleshoots repairs, repair of facility equipment failures, supervises and instructs correct repairs on failed equipment. Understands and directs mechanical, electric and electronic controls troubleshooting and repairs. To this end, must possess a solid background in repair disciplines and preventative maintenance activities.
