Role: House Manager – Child, Youth & Family Employment Type: Permanent Full Time (Monday to Friday) Location: Perth - South of River Region In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our residential care homes, creating a safe, therapeutic environment where children and young people can thrive. You will lead and mentor a team of residential support workers as they support children and young people to develop essential life skills, stay engaged in education, and maintain meaningful connections with family, community, and support networks.
