This role focuses on implementing Industry technologies, optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). The manager collaborates with site leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to align transformation efforts with business objectives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and integrate advanced technologies such as automation, and data analytics.
