Job Title: Relationship Banker Location: AZ - Chandler 3075 What you'll do: As a Relationship Banker you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients consisting of property management companies and self-managed communities. You'll be knowledgeable of treasury management products, quickly learning products and services. You'll train clients on how to use bank products as well as provide troubleshooting and assistance with client’s software and integration. You'll provide excellent customer service, accurate information, build client trust, and navigate challenging situations and tasks. - Responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in account opening and closing, including but not limited to CDARS, ICS, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checking and Money Market accounts. Utilize all resources to assist clients with account payment research and lockbox inquiries. Assist with all aspects of association transitions between management companies. - Utilize daily reports to ensure that insufficient funds and non-posted transactions are processed following established procedures by expected deadlines.
