Job description

The Sponsor provides the data related technologies and services that training providers rely on to engage with the workforce, deliver training, and make business decisions. The Sponsor is focused on advancing learning goals related to a range of learning formats by facilitating data collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation. The Sponsor is seeking a candidate skilled in data visualization and basic analysis to assist the team with accurate analysis and presentation of learning related data in order to fulfill stakeholder's needs and facilitate data-driven decisions. Responsibilities: - Utilize SQL Developer and Python programming languages to extract and transform talent data including the implementation of business rules for how the data needs to be prepared for analytics - Use advanced analytics (e.g. AI/ML) in order to respond to complex talent questions, especially as they relate to language and learning - Utilize data visualization tools and dashboards to appropriately convey data and respond to leadership requests - Develop user-friendly, easy to understand reports (e.g. graphs, charts, briefings slides) for clients to meet business needs - Create, enhance, and...
