Job description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Lead and develop loan servicing team, including training, performance management, staffing, and fostering continuous improvement. - Direct daily servicing operations for complex loan types (C&I, CRE, participations, syndications), covering booking, funding, payments, draw requests, payoffs, and account maintenance. - Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, internal policies, and controls; serve as liaison for audits and regulatory reviews. - Analyze workflows and implement process improvements or automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Act as primary liaison with lenders, relationship managers, participating banks, and borrowers to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues. - Oversee reporting and data integrity, including management, board, investor, and regulatory reports, tax forms, and collateral documentation. Support audits and quality control reviews.
