Position Status : Part-Time Hourly Rate : $14/hr. Location/Address: 927 N Emerson Ave., Greenwood, IN 46143 The Outlet Associate assists the outlet leadership in reaching the operational goals of the site by functioning in various capacities within the outlet location. Some of the various duties an Outlet Associate performs include: cashiering, sorting items and ensuring quality control, moving large items, sorting recyclables, providing general housekeeping and grounds maintenance, accepting donations (where applicable), and providing a high level of customer service. The environment is production- and safety-focused. All positions have daily quotas to reach. Example Duties and Activities: Front of House Roles: Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows all cash handling procedures and protocols. Provides general information about Goodwill programs to educate customers and answer questions. Directs all higher-level questions to leadership Maintains cleanliness of the facility, both inside and outside.
