About the team With the rapid expansion of TikTok Shop's business in the US market, the Marketing & Methodology team supports the platform’s e-commerce growth by building standardized marketing frameworks, data-driven methodologies, and scalable go-to-market best practices. The team bridges strategic methodology with marketing execution, enabling cross-functional teams to make consistent decisions, optimize resource allocation, and drive high-impact, sustainable growth across markets and categories. Responsibilities: - Lead large-scale promotional campaigns (e.g. Super Brand Day, Black Friday), including value proposition articulation, brand expression, and multi-channel distribution using standardized campaign frameworks. - Own IP-driven campaigns, including creator and celebrity integrations and live shopping initiatives, delivering more tailored user-facing storytelling for key programs and capabilities (e.g. trust and payment security). - Develop category-focused brand campaigns that respect industry-specific dynamics and selectively partner with key categories (e.g. fashion moments). - Translate merchant operation methodologies into clear, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-distr...
