Associate Director, National Dry Ice Reliability & Project Management Location: Florida The Associate Director, National Dry Ice Reliability & Project Management role is responsible for driving reliability, operational performance, and project execution across LG&E’s national dry ice footprint. This role partners closely with Dry Ice Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure reliable supply, improved asset performance, and successful execution of capital and process‑improvement initiatives supporting LG&E’s continued dry ice growth. This position plays a critical leadership role in improving plant reliability, reducing supply disruptions, standardizing best practices, and leading cross‑functional dry ice projects across multiple regions and sites. Due to the nature of exempt roles, work hours may extend beyond the standard schedule when necessary to meet organizational demands, leadership responsibilities, and business objectives.
