Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment - Assist in coordinating studio patient flow - Maintain a “team first” and “patient first” attitude - Collaborate with the clinical team to chart and code according to the ADA coding guidelines - Analyze and modify treatment plans to reflect insurance coverage and limitation details - Present and schedule clinical procedures - Administer and set up payment plan agreements for financed patient treatment - Collect and post payments - Create, send, and manage insurance claims -...
