Job description

OVERVIEW: We are currently seeking a Working Student IT Service* to strengthen our IT department for 10 - 20 hours per week. You will work in Tübingen (Germany) in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from Germany and the US and will contribute to our mission of delivering novel PRAME immunotherapies to patients with cancer. YOUR MISSION: Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks: Hardware and End User Support: Setting up laptops, workstations, smartphones, and tablets for end-users and labs. Swapping out broken equipment, getting meeting rooms sorted, and ordering hardware by sending product links and quantities to Facilities for purchase. Employee Lifecycle Support: Processing offboarding tasks when employees leave – collecting equipment, disabling accounts, and closing out access. Handling absence-related changes or adjusting access when someone goes on extended leave, and getting users back up and running when they return from absence.
