Job Summary The primary responsibility is to deliver person centered care and services to those we support in a residential setting to fulfill our purpose for existing “We believe the world shines brighter when people with developmental disabilities achieve their full potential” Assists in the development and delivery of holistic individual support plans, assisting people in achieving their personal goals and desires, providing interaction and choices for activities in their community that support a meaningful day, assist with spiritual supports and encouraging individuals to be independent in activities of daily living and personal care. The second responsibility is the development of activities and coordination of programming and services through staff development, individual support plans, and collaboration under the direction of the manager. While not a supervisor, this position is a resource for questions and guidance for others on day-to-day needs and provides back up to the manager.
