Job description

As a Data Center Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting Oracle’s cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for hardware installation, troubleshooting, structured cabling, and maintaining the operational health of our data centers. This hands-on role requires a proactive, process-oriented technician with strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence. This position involves working on a 24/7 shift rotation Skills & Qualifications: Experience: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in data center operations , ideally in high-performance computing (HPC) , AI infrastructure or related technical fields. - Prior experience in a hyperscale data center or similar large-scale IT environment is preferred. - Direct experience working with AI hardware, such as NVIDIA H100 , AMD MI300 , NVIDIA A100 , or similar GPU-based accelerator systems is a plus. Technical Skills: - Proficient in server hardware installation and troubleshooting (e.g., Dell, HPE, Cisco). - Experience with high-performance storage systems (e.g., NVMe, SSD) and network infrastructure optimized for AI workloads. - Experience with networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls). - Underst...
