JOB SUMMARY: Under limited direction, builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base within the Off-Highway and/or Power Sports Sales team. Serves as the primary interface for programs and products while creating demand for the organization's products by raising their profile with customers. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and trust, is responsible for sales plans, identifies, develops and may close new sales opportunities. Helps define and communicate customer requirements across the organization. Maintains broad knowledge of organization's policies, products and/or services. QUALIFICATIONS: - Communicates daily with customers via email, phone, and/or video conference. Negotiates product and related commercial issues with customers. Coordinates communications, marketing tools and promotions for assigned accounts. - Attends customer meetings and events in person when appropriate. May attend trade shows on behalf of DENSO, or for obtaining market data. - Collaborates with global DENSO company personnel to ascertain and satisfy customer account needs as well as provides direction to sales personnel in other regions.
