About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a participant with complex medical and behavioural needs. You will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life, promoting autonomy, maintaining safety, and providing respectful and dignified care.
