Location: Warren, OH Cleveland‑Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Health & Safety Specialist at our Warren, Ohio facility. This role provides leadership and technical expertise to support a proactive, prevention‑based approach to occupational health and safety. The Health & Safety Specialist serves as an effective facilitator and trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring strong safety performance, OSHA compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility. Summary of Responsibilities: Actively participate in and support the company and site Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) Prevention Program Engage with employees at all levels of the organization to identify, address, and resolve health and safety concerns Support the Cleveland-Cliffs health and safety programs, protocols, and management systems. Participate in the Joint Safety and Health program with local union and company leadership.
