As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact technology initiatives that support Pharmacy and broader healthcare operations. You are a trusted partner to business and IT leaders, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to critical programs while balancing speed, quality, and business value. This role is well-suited for a collaborative leader who thrives in ambiguity, drives results, and approaches challenges with curiosity and resilience. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of assigned strategic technology initiatives, ensuring outcomes align with business priorities, value realization, and release commitments. Partner closely with Technical Product Owners, Business Product Owners, domain leaders, and vendors to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans. Apply project and agile delivery practices to plan, track, and report progress, risks, and performance metrics across multiple complex initiatives.
