Salary Up To £71,000 DOE, £2,000 Welcome Bonus, £2,000 Relocation Allowance We’re looking for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team in Pinhoe, Exeter. Based in a busy village just outside the city centre, the practice offers the perfect balance of community feel with easy access to everything Exeter has to offer. Our single-site practice has a close-knit, welcoming atmosphere, with a mix of long-standing team members and newer faces bringing great energy to the team. We’re well equipped and encourage clinical freedom, giving you the opportunity to manage your own caseload with support from nearby referral centres when needed. You’ll be working alongside an experienced and dedicated nursing team who provide excellent day-to-day support, helping everything run smoothly. We’re ideally looking for a vet with an interest in surgery to complement the team, and we actively support development through funded CPD, local learning opportunities and encouragement to pursue your clinical interests.
