What you’ll do: As a Process Engineer, you’ll design, configure, and optimize production processes from inception through to start-up and certification. You’ll research and develop new equipment, draft technical project objectives, and prepare CAPEX or improvement project proposals. You’ll also: Oversee day-to-day production processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring malfunctions. Lead or participate in CAPEX projects, manage installations and start-ups of new process equipment, and ensure successful completion within budget and timelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal and external standards.
