OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a solid background in software development. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and 5 years in software development. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance customer service operations and streamline workflows. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design & Development: Customize and configure the ServiceNow CSM module to meet business requirements. Develop and implement custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Design and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Implementation & Integration: Implement end-to-end ServiceNow CSM solutions, including case management, service management, and knowledge management. Integrate ServiceNow CSM with third-party applications and other ServiceNow modules.
