Job description

Overview Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work: The Digital Project Manager has the responsibility for continuous oversight and management of vendor e-learning/digital projects, and those of a senior Instructional System Designer. This role works closely with the client and vendors to ensure that training needs are: identified, correctly specified during conversion to objectives, that delivery mode(s) are appropriate for effectiveness and efficiency, that evaluations are pertinent and complete, that pre- and post-class support is well provided, and that the learner enrollment experience fully supports the her/his training. Incumbent works closely with program offices, subject matter experts, multimedia specialists, programmers and instructional designers to design and develop student materials and instructional content that ensure FLETA standards are met.
