In this role you will shape the future of our Unity based mobile title. You will be the go-to authority leading the implementation of visual features, bridging the gap between art and engineering. You will play a key role in evolving the tech art team’s tooling and workflows, demonstrating your deep understanding of the graphics pipeline, mobile optimization, and software development principles. ​ Work mode: hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Office in Krakow. What You'll Do: Be the escalation point for all technical art implementation ensuring guidelines are used in asset creation. Implement and maintain detailed visual build standards using industry-standard tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Collaborate closely with developers and artists to implement new features and UI designs. Apply your expertise in Unity, particularly with Unity UI and Unity Animations, to improve our game features.
