Job Description: Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to be responsible for leading capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. This position will support the Saab Inc. Land Systems Division’s Advanced Weapons portfolio marketing and capture efforts within the U.S. and report to the Director of Strategy and Growth. This position will be located at Saab’s Auburn Hills, MI location and includes customer and partner responsibilities that span the U.S. It will require 10-25% travel, including international- primarily to locations in Sweden. Major responsibilities will include: Present and promote products and services to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet existing and prospective customer needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Work with internal stakeholders to expedite the resolution of customer issues. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Analyze the sales potential of customers and markets.
