What we need from you: · Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing · Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters · Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation · Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly · Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines · Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work · Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems What you’ll g...
