Overview The Digital Banking Product Manager will possess an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and vendors to inspire efficiency, communication, teamwork, and collaboration. This role is responsible for the monitoring and reporting of Online & Mobile banking efforts, collaborating with multiple internal and external resources, contributing to Online & Mobile banking strategy, and being the department’s subject matter expert in all facets of Online & Mobile banking. You will oversee the ongoing development, maintenance, and evolution of the credit union’s Online & Mobile banking products and services, as well as play a critical role in shaping the future of our online & Mobile banking offerings, driving Member engagement, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
