When you work at the Y, every day, you can empower young people, improve people’s health and well-being, and make a positive impact in your community Position Summary: Responsible to help improve efficiencies when it comes to staff development and leadership programs including J-Staff, CITs, and LITs. Assist with the training, and mentorship of staff and be on-point to problem solve staff and camper conflicts and/or issues. Essential Functions: Supervision: - Supervise and evaluate J-Staff Directors, CIT Directors, and LIT Program Coordinators, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager . - Set expectations with your Supervisees pre-camp and follow-up as necessary. - Provide formal mid-way evaluations during Session 2.2 and a formal final evaluation at the end of each supervisee’s season. Coordinate with Side leaders and Cedar Leaders to provide feedback on supervisees cabin counseling skills.
