Purpose/Summary: Training responsibilities will focus on newly hired associates, however the trainer will also be expected to cross-train and provide refresher training as needed or as requested by Leadership. During periods where no training is required, the DC Trainer will perform other duties as assigned within the DC Operations. Essential Functions and Responsibilities includes the information below. Management reserves the right to assign other duties as needed: · Confer with AM/Ops Manager and Leadership team on an ongoing basis to assess training needs. · Responsible for Pick/Pack/Replenishment training for both 01 and 04 sides of the DC.
