Associate Director, Global Medical Publications

Job description

The Associate Director of Publications leads the strategic development in close collaboration with Disease Area Leads and operational execution of global publication plans, ensuring all activities maintain the highest standards of ethical compliance and audit readiness for the assigned DA. You will drive scientific impact by leveraging advanced analytics and digital innovation for assigned DA and take end to end ownership of assigned DA. Acting as a key cross-functional partner, you independently manage vendor relationships and represent the global publications team at strategic meetings for your assigned DA. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Partners with cross-functional teams to develop the pub plan for a DA. Responsible for tracking timely documentation of all publications for assigned DA. Leads operational execution of all publication activities within a DA. Leads training activities of publication systems and processes. Partner closely with team members, Compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish and uphold ethical, transparent, and responsible publication practices.
