UMB’s success is directly impacted by the growth of our Commercial Real Estate loan portfolio. The team consists of Portfolio Managers, Underwriters, and Relationship Managers. This team manages Commercial Real Estate throughout its life – developing meaningful connections with management of the companies they serve. The vast majority of Commercial Real Estate loans include construction and refinancing of multi-family, office and industrial projects. Always mindful of the changes in the Commercial Real Estate industry, etc., over time that might create a change in their financial service needs. The team takes great pride in seeing a Commercial Real Estate loan project through it’s initial planning stage to completion. As the Sr. Commercial Real Estate Officer , you will be engaged in non-owner-occupied commercial real estate (“CRE”) lending including construction loans, interim loans, permanent loans, and refinancing of real estate loans . Production goals for both new loan originations and deposits will be assigned .
