Title: Cultivation Associate: Pay Rate: $16.00/hr Location: Tooele, UT Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm Multiple Departments Available: Flower: This includes both the nursery and main grow stages. You’ll work with plants from early development (clones) through maturity, helping them root, grow, and produce buds. The focus is on plant health, pruning, and maximizing quality and yield.
