Principal UI Designer

Job description

Purpose As a Senior/Principal UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our software products to create exceptional user experiences. Your focus will be on understanding user needs, partnering with product and development to execute on goals, and applying your senior level design skills to ensure that interactions with our software are intuitive and enjoyable, in line with company branding and our established Design System. To be successful in this role you need to be an analytical and creative designer with a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces in systems with complex workflows and information-rich screens. You will help improve the user experience for the existing software and create a vision for the screen designs of the whole application and how to iterate towards a modern UI and apply a minus mindset to improve usability.
