It is essential that this role collaborates closely with the team and with CMI customers and stakeholders to ensure durable and timely return to work outcomes are achieved. Your main responsibilities include: - Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rules - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop claims strategies - Engage Account Managers at an appropriate time to identify opportunities to improve performance or resolve issues - Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high organisational standards About you: Your education, experience and skills will include: - Qualification in one of the auxiliary health roles, e.g. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Case Manager OR Minimum 2 years...
