Location: Hybrid (Ireland/ UK based, with regular travel to our offices and other locations as required) Right to Work: Candidates must be based in and have the right to work in Ireland or the UK. About the Role: We're looking for an experienced and proactive People Operations Generalist to join our growing People team, reporting to the People Operations Director. This is a broad, hands-on People role with real ownership and impact. You will take responsibility for the operational delivery of the full employee lifecycle at Deciphex from onboarding and induction through employee relations, absence management and compliance, to offboarding and exit insights. You will ensure our people processes run smoothly, remain compliant across jurisdictions, and evolve as the organisation grows. You’ll proactively identify gaps, strengthen systems and documentation, and implement practical improvements that support both managers and employees.
