Job Family: Strategy & Transformation Consulting Travel Required: None Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: Provide leadership within Guidehouse’s Ginnie Mae housing finance portfolio, ensuring delivery quality, operational discipline, and client satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership on housing finance policy, mortgage markets, servicing operations, capital markets, and risk management. Lead complex advisory engagements spanning policy analysis, financial modeling, operational assessment, and stakeholder coordination. Translate statutory, regulatory, and supervisory requirements into practical, compliant operating and analytical solutions. Drive business development and growth, including identifying client needs, shaping follow-on work, leading capture strategy, and supporting proposal development. Partner with capture, proposal, and solution leaders to develop win strategies and ensure compliant, compelling proposal submissions. Produce and review executive-ready deliverables, briefings, and analyses for senior leadership, boards, and oversight bodies.
