Job description

POSITION/PURPOSE: The Maintenance Technician maintains the property by creating comfortable and productive environments as well as performs ongoing facility maintenance and completing necessary repairs. PRINCIPAL JOB ACTIVITIES: Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual responsibilities, performed as necessary or directed: The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position. REQUIREMENTS: - Maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Manager, and/or General Manager. - Monitor and maintain HVAC systems with basic repair and planned maintenance - Complete all work orders assigned through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Building Engines/Net Facilities - to include interior/exterior painting, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lighting (interior/exterior), floor repair, pothole repair, snow and ice removal and other assorted repairs and inspections in a timely m...
