JOB SUMMARY: ACCO and Sunbelt Control’s Foreperson positions are dispatched through the union locals. SO WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?: - Under the direction of the Field Superintendent, this position will be primarily responsible for the oversight of the operations strategic planning. - Assists with project scheduling and strategies, goals and expectations by reviewing plans and specs. - Must identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction operations (i.e.: installations, safety, materials, and personnel) ensuring the proper team selection for all construction projects, including assignment of Job Foreperson, Journeyperson and apprentices. - Responsible for implementing Safety Department protocols by reviewing and discussing required safety documents with the field personnel to ensure work is being performed in a safe manner. - Reviews and completes project documents to determine the proper staffing requirements. - Assists with completing internal documents and generating RFI’s for submission. - Trains field personnel and communicates project expectations, requirements...
