Your missions As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth execution of technical tasks and ensuring operational efficiency within our organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Daily Task Monitoring: Prioritize and monitor daily tasks for timely completion. - Job Preparation: Lead job preparation activities, including WO, tools, parts and SOI management. - Advanced Planning: Plan tasks in advance to ensure readiness. - Technical Alignment: Participate in alignment meetings to coordinate with project requirements. - Blocking Point Management: Identify and address blocking points to minimize disruptions. - Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of critical issues and deviations. - Administrative Updates: Maintain and update administrative tools (Aircraft progress,Tandem, BISON) to track progress. - KPI Management: Develop and track KPIs to measure service performance. Initiate meetings to review KPIs and address challenges. - Job Coordination: Coordinate complex task preparation with stakeholders. - Production Meetings: Attending optimization and SQCDPF meetings to share insights and updates with the Operations Leader /Unit Leader....
