Summary: The Director of Partner Management serves as the general manager for product‑centric strategic partnerships, accountable for driving growth, differentiation, and customer experience through joint product strategy, integrations, and go‑to‑market execution. This role owns the end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle—from strategy and governance to product delivery, commercialization, and performance and works cross‑functionally across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal. This leader represents ADT’s product interests with external partners and ensures partnerships translate into scalable, high‑impact customer outcomes and business results, consistent with ADT’s innovation and growth priorities.
