Contract type: Permanent Location: London Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: Tuesday 19th May Royal London Asset Management is looking for an experienced Fund Operations Team Leader to play a key role within our unitised dealing function. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll combine strong technical expertise in collective investment scheme dealing with day‑to‑day oversight of a high‑performing team. You’ll lead and coordinate BAU activity across the funds dealing lifecycle, ensuring daily tasks, controls and cut‑offs are met, while also being confident enough to step in as a senior escalation point and trusted stakeholder across the business. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to strategic change initiatives, including fund launches, platform transitions and wider transformation projects, with opportunities to deputise for the Head of Desk and be visible to senior leadership.
