Key Account Manager Department: Commercial (Sales & Marketing): Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Colwick: Description: Enva is a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, helping businesses and communities across the UK manage their waste responsibly. We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team, based from our Colwick site with regular national travel. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving profitable revenue growth, and ensuring excellent retention across a major national contract. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with key national accounts, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. - Develop long-term relationships with customer stakeholders, buyers, and operational contacts. - Identify opportunities to grow revenue through up-selling, cross-selling, and expanding Enva services. - Manage contract performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations. - Hold regular customer review meetings, providing reports, updates, and improvement plans. - Negotiate trading agreements, pricing reviews, and commercial terms to protect profitabil...
