Description Position Summary: The Physical Security Cabling Foreman supervises the cabling team in all aspects of physical security. This position leads, coaches, and trains team members to ensure quality production to meet customer requirements and deadlines. This position also works in construction and project-based engagements to ensure all safety protocols and PPE are followed. Regular, predictable jobsite attendance is essential for satisfactory performance. Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions: - Responsible to coach, train and supervise crews on multiple projects to meet customer expectations through company processes. - Ensure safety is followed in performing all tasks, PPE is worn properly, and tools are in safe working condition while working in conjunction with other vendors onsite - Supervise and assist with the design, installation, management of incoming materials, maintenance, documentation and close out of physical security projects. - Perform survey, price new projects, attend meetings and propose solutions to installation issues. - Provide world class customer service by answering any questions or concerns throughout the scope of the project. - Manage t...
