Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our lumber yard and door mill. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and leading a team to meet production and delivery goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a focus on safety, and experience in building materials or manufacturing environments.
