About the role: Reporting to the Training Stream Manager, you will provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Trainees' Association (RACSTA) Committee and Executive. You will help ensure the smooth running of committee activities while supporting advocacy, governance, communications, and engagement initiatives that represent the voice of Trainees across the College.
