Lead Transformation Consultant (Hybrid)

Job description

You will engage the enterprise in activities related to the execution, development, facilitation, administration, and presentation of transformation efforts (digital, operational, functional, cross-functional and integration/separation); taking a collaborative approach to drive results and create long-term value for the business. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will drive necessary connectivity between planning, prioritization, and funding across strategy, profit and growth plan, discretionary work, and budgeting. Ensure alignment with strategy, leadership, work streams, and reporting while providing leadership, follow-up, adaptation, insights and conflict resolution. Ensure the organization is transforming and integrating the right capabilities, processes, people strategies, and organizational constructs to achieve transformation outcomes and enable our strategy. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI.
